I am writing to thank you for the professional service which Codus have provided to us during the installation of a new server and computers in our office.
We were dreading the thought of the actual upgrading of the systems to a server, but Simon ensured that he carried out the work with the minimum interference to our normal working routine. There was negligible loss of the internet when the ‘changeover’ occurred which very clearly was an important factor for consideration when we were reviewing quotations from a number of IT Companies.

Simon approached the work in a relaxed way and was considerate to our lack of IT knowledge. He explained the changes and new processes in a clear and concise manner in a way which we understood. He guided us through the sequence of events from opening the computer to begin work through to the end of the day when we had to correctly close down the systems. All the questions asked were answered by Simon and nothing was too much trouble.
I can testify that from our initial enquiry though to the installation and completion of the task we were given a highly commendable service from Codus. I would have no hesitation but to recommend Codus for all IT needs.
